Fermentation and storage tanks: malt is converted into alcohol

During fermentation and storage, the beer yeast is used to convert malt  sugar into CO₂, heat and alcohol. For this purpose, we build special fermentatoin and storage tanks with which CO₂ can be bonded into the beer while at the same time the heat produced can cool down.
