The production facility - built in accordance with state-of-the-art specifications to suit the toughest of requirements - features a production area of 4,000 m², with two integrated assembly towers, 25 and 27 m in height. The various production halls are equipped with two crane systems, possessing carrying capacities of 10,000 kg and providing a fre working height of 10 m.
Our basic equipment includes: guillotine shears for sheet thicknesses of max. 12 mm and cutting lengths of max. 3,000 mm, a folding press for sheet thicknesses of max. 12 mm and bending lengths of max. 3,500 mm, a mechanised plasma cutting system, a system for profiling endless segments as profiled and half-pipes, and a fully automated double-burner MAG automatic welding machine. A modern mechanised automatic plasma plug welding machine for welding longitudinal seams up to a sheet thickness of max. 15 mm and a sheet length of 4,500 mm. And an ultra-modern mechanised automatic plasma plug welding machine for circumferential seam welding up to a sheet thickness of 8 mm. These are complemented by three ultra-modern fully mechanised grinding machines for surface grinding of bases, cones and cylinders with a diameter of up to max. 6.000 mm, to a quality of RA=0.3 µm. We also possess capabilities for glass-bead sanding and export-responsive packing.
